Pay
Payment can be made in a variety of online ways. There is support for Apple Pay, Google Pay, bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort and common credit cards. The order must also be placed online at Pick up . In this case, however, payment can be made online in advance as well as in cash at Pick up.
Custom orders must always be paid in full before work begins. Once the wood for your cutting board has been sawn, your order cannot be cancelled. Returning custom cutting boards is also not an option.
Delivery and shipping cost
Every order is always packed with the utmost care. We make every effort to have your cutting board and/or accessories delivered to you as soon as possible. Normally your order will be shipped the next working day, with a maximum of 5 working days after placing your order, except for items that need to be personalized. Should for any reason this delivery time not be met, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The listed prices always exclude shipping costs, from 200 euros shipping is free within Belgium and the Netherlands. Pick up is of course free. Shipping is only done within the European Union. The best possible shipping rate for your order is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
A tracking number will always be provided for your order. Delivery is made by letter carrier or local parcel delivery company. In general, delivery will take place the next working day after dispatch between 9:00 and 18:00 within Belgium. In other countries this depends on the local processing service. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Pick up
Within Belgium, you have the option of picking up your order. You can still pay for this online, or choose to pay at Pick up. This can be done in cash or via payconiq/bancontact app. After your order I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a pickup time.
