A dough scraper is originally a handy tool for bakers to cut and ball up dough. However, it is also a multifunctional item in the kitchen where it can be used as a cooking aid to easily sweep together shreds of cut ingredients.
The handles undergo the same finish and treatment as the cutting boards, carefully sanded and treated with mineral oil. The stainless steel plate is milled into the handle using high-precision CNC.
Like the plllank cutting boards, each cooking aid is unique. These are only made in limited edition, or custom made. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks lead time after ordering.
