Everything depends on a good foundation. With my background as a bio-engineer in forest and nature management, I have very extensive wood knowledge. The highest quality species for cutting boards are used and selected for both structure and aesthetics. This is always done in person and locally.

Making
The raw wood from the sawmill is sawn and planed in our own workshop to guarantee quality. This is accompanied by strict inspection for defects. Gluing is done professionally with quality products.
EYE FOR DETAIL
Finish
Each cutting board is thoroughly sanded after final cutting to size. During this process, the wood fibers are set up once and sanded back so that the cutting board remains smooth longer. After sanding, each cutting board is treated with mineral oil and waxed with homemade beeswax-based wax. Each plllank comes with a free maintenance kit.
